START THEIR CREATIVE MONTH
IF YOUR HOUSE IS ALREADY
AN ART STUDIO ...
it might be time your child had a proper one.Your child deserves a place where creativity is celebrated,
confidence grows, and messy masterpieces are encouraged.
Creative & Confident in 28 Days is a gentle four-week introduction designed to help your child settle into the studio, explore creativity, and discover the joy of making.
Four creative weeks. A welcoming community. A new kind of confidence.
Starting something new
can feel big for kids
You know your child best.
Maybe they love drawing and crafting at home but feel a little shy in new places.
Maybe they’re curious and creative but just need the right environment to flourish.
Starting a new activity can take time.
That’s exactly why we created Creative & Confident in 28 days.
Instead of expecting children to instantly feel comfortable, these four weeks give them space to:
* settle into the studio * get to know their teacher * make friends * explore creativity without pressure
There’s no expectation to be “good at art”.
Just curiosity, colour and creativity.
Across the four weeks your child will gently settle into the studio while exploring different creative materials and techniques.
Your child will:
• experiment with paint, drawing and mixed media
• explore creative materials and textures
• work towards completing a project they feel proud of
• build creative confidence with guidance from artist teachers
• enjoy a calm, welcoming studio environment
At Faire & Co we focus on process art
That means the experience of creating matters more than producing perfect artwork.
The goal is confidence, creativity and joy.
WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL EXPERIENCE
By week four, most kids have a favourite seat, a teacher they adore and a project they want to finish. So most families keep going.
Membership keeps their same weekly class on an easy monthly direct debit, at the same price as the intro.
Members get a free 3-day Summer School in January, 20% off school holidays and member discounts on parties. That's when the real magic happens.
Week after week, "I can't" quietly turns into "watch this."
WHAT HAPPENS
AFTER 28 DAYS
-
Nothing. There's no skill test at the door and no "right way" to do anything. We care about how they made it, not what it looks like. The kid who "can't draw" is usually the one who surprises everyone by week three.
-
That's exactly who this was made for. Four weeks gives them time to learn the room, get to know their teacher and find a friend or two, without any pressure to perform on day one. Our artist teachers are great at gently drawing quieter kids in, and most parents tell us the change by week four is huge.
-
Kids are grouped by age so everyone's working alongside their peers: Pee Wees (2.5 to 5), Juniors (5 to 8), Tweens (9 to 12) and Teens (13 to 17).
Not sure where yours fits?
Book the class for their age and we'll make sure it feels right.
-
It's three quick steps.
First, hit Claim Your Spot to buy the four-week intro.
Then head to All Classes to see the timetable, sort it by studio at the top, and book them into the class that suits your week.
Book the same day and time for all four weeks, because that routine is a big part of the magic.
If they love it, sign up for membership and book their regular spot once. That's it: no more weekly admin for you, they're in every week.
-
Arrive about 5 minutes early so they can pop their apron on and grab a stool at the table.
Early parents wait away from the tables so the kids can settle in.
Classes run back to back, so please be right on time for pick-up.
Before they leave, kids clean their own supplies and pack away their apron and stool (yes, really, and they love it).
-
Something that can handle a bit of paint. We supply aprons, but process art is gloriously messy, so it's not the day for the brand-new school uniform or the favourite white top. Tie long hair back.
Once you become a member, you get an Arty Farty Tee to create in so you can throw that straight over the uniform
-
Some weeks, a finished piece. Other weeks, nothing yet, because some projects grow over a few sessions. That's on purpose. Sticking with something and seeing it through is half the confidence.
-
Life happens, and kids get sick. Let your studio know as soon as you can and we'll find a fair fix. It's not a strict-attendance situation.
-
Most families roll straight onto a membership, because by week four nobody wants to stop. They keep their same class, same teacher and same crew, on an easy monthly direct debit. New members get their own visual journal to free-draw in before class, plus a free 3-day Summer School in January and 20% off school holiday programs. There's a 3-month minimum, then 30 days notice whenever you're ready to finish. Nothing happens automatically, so you choose.
-
It's a one-time intro per child, designed to get them settled before membership. After that, we'd love to see them every week.

Wherever the school run ends, there's a studio near the finish line.
STILL ON THE FENCE?
THAT'S NORMAL.
Nobody arrives at Faire & Co with their creative confidence fully intact.
Most people walk in muttering some version of “I'm really not the artistic type,” find the nearest empty seat, and sit down anyway. Historically, that's worked out fine for them.
