Usually just your space, plus any of the following depending on the activation: power access, tables, shade or undercover area, rubbish facilities and nearby water. We confirm everything in your proposal.

We supply all creative materials and stations.
Tables, chairs and marquees can be supplied at an additional cost or provided by your event, which is our preference for ease of bump in and bump out.

This depends on your guest numbers and activation style. As a guide, a standard station needs around 3m x 3m. We’ll recommend a footprint in your proposal.

Typically 30 to 45 minutes for setup and 15-30 minutes for pack down, depending on scale.

Yes. We need shade or cover for outdoor events and will work with you on a wet weather plan.

We plan station numbers, team size and project timing around your expected crowd. Our team manages the flow, keeps wait times short and keeps the vibe fun for those in line.

We design projects to be taken home on the day. Where something needs drying time, we provide a drying station or a carry solution so nothing gets ruined.

We scale our team and setup to suit your crowd, from a few hundred to several thousand guests across a day.

All of them. Our activities are designed so toddlers, kids, teens and adults can all join in, and we can tailor to a specific audience if needed.

Most guests create for 10 to 20 minutes, and our Signature and Showstopper experiences often hold them longer. We design projects to keep people engaged without causing bottlenecks.

A standard 3-table setup seats 12 guests at a time, with an average creating time of 15 minutes, so we can welcome up to 48 guests per hour. For bigger crowds, we simply add more tables and team members to keep your event flowing.

Yes, and we love it. We regularly work as a creative partner under agency-managed events and are happy to deliver under your brand or your client’s.

Pricing is based on guest numbers, duration, project level, team size and location. Every activation is built around your budget, so you get the best possible experience for your spend.

Our activations start from $1500+GST or a minimum of 3 hours.

Peak periods like school holidays and Christmas fill quickly, so 6 to 8 weeks ahead is ideal. Get in touch for shorter timelines and we’ll do our best.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event / on invoice. Agency and council payment terms can be discussed.

Your 50% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable if you cancel. Depending on how close to the event the cancellation is, we may also charge for any materials purchased specifically for your activation. Where possible, we’re always happy to talk about rescheduling instead.

Yes. We provide clear, itemised quotes and can turn them around quickly so you can present them to your client.

Yes, including regional WA. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately where required.

Yes. We hold $20 million public liability insurance and can supply our certificate of currency on request.

Every team member holds a current WWC check and Police Clearance.

Yes. We provide a risk assessment, safety management plan and any supplier documentation your event requires.

We use non-toxic, child-safe materials suitable for all ages. Safety data sheets are available if required.

Absolutely. Our team will complete any site or venue inductions before the event.
