welcome to faire & co
More than just a studio, we're a community for every kind of misfit. We run classes to teach you confidence, creativity and the nerve to just have a go.
Our schedule will spark you and stretch you, with a dynamic mix of process art, Paint & Sip, family canvas and school holiday sessions.
Inclusive, accessible and fun, we meet you exactly where you're at, mess and all.
how we create …
nobody leaves here thinking they're
'not creative’
Our sessions are process-led, inclusive, and no facilitator ever touches up a kid's painting to make it "better." Because somewhere along the line, a lot of us were told we weren't good at art and if that voice in your head still shows up when you pick up a paintbrush, this is where it doesn't get passed on. Your kid gets to make an actual mess of colour and confidence. You get to watch, or grab a brush yourself.
one address,
zero logistics
Alongside weekly classes, both studios run birthday parties, school holiday programs and Paint & Sip nights, so the party your kid begs for and the night out you actually want both happen under the same roof.
No colour-coded spreadsheet required.
a schedule made
for real life
No swapping classes like you swap school lunch ideas, you (or your kid) pick one, same time, same crew, every week. That's the whole trick: confidence doesn't show up on day one, it shows up around week six when you realise you've actually got mates here, not just a seat. Start with the four-week intro offer, then slide into membership once you're both hooked and you will be, that's not us being cocky, that's just what happens when someone finally gets a regular spot that's theirs.
HEY! I’M FAY.
Fay Valli is the founder of Faire & Co, a Perth-based creative studio built on the belief that art should feel like permission, not performance.
It started in 2016 with a batch of screen-printed "brave" tees, raising money for kids' cancer research after a friend's son was diagnosed with leukaemia. What began as a fundraiser turned into a studio, then two, because it turned out just as many grown-ups needed somewhere to unlearn "I'm not creative" as kids did.
Fay is passionate about creative wellness, the idea that making things regularly is as good for you as any other practice, and shouldn't come with a report card.
At Faire & Co, nobody's painting gets fixed, nobody's project gets graded, and everybody, three years old or thirty-three, gets treated like they've got something worth making.
Through Faire & Co, Fay continues to build a studio where creativity feels like community first: a place your kid begs to go back to, and you quietly enjoy more than you expected to.
Whether it's your kid's very first paintbrush or you know your term timetable better than the school one, you're welcome at Faire & Co.
Our studio is full of toddlers, tweens, teens, mums and the odd dad who got dragged along and stayed.
Whatever age you're at, whatever "I'm not creative" story you're carrying, you'll fit right in.
Faire & Co is a space where you (and your kid) are supported, welcomed, and never once told to hold the brush differently.
