At Faire & Co, our Workshop Facilitators are the heart of the studio. They’re the people who create the moments kids remember, the calm parents feel, and the sense of belonging our community is known for.
We’re looking for warm, capable, creative humans who love working with people and want to be part of a studio that genuinely cares about growth, connection and experience.
This role is about more than running classes. It’s about holding space, building confidence, and helping people feel safe to create.
As a Workshop Facilitator, you’ll:

Facilitate creative classes for kids, teens and adults

Create a welcoming, supportive environment for all ages and abilities

Build positive relationships with students and families
-
Support the flow and setup of studio sessions

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high studio standards

Occasionally support events, parties or special workshops
You’ll be supported with clear systems, thoughtful onboarding and regular check-ins so you can grow confidently in the role.

This role is casual to start, with shifts typically in the afternoons, after school, and on weekends. School-hour roles and expanded responsibilities may become available for the right people as the studio grows.
Operations & Admin Coordinator
Location: Kalamunda and/or North Perth
Type: Casual/Part-Time with pathway to permanent leadership
We’re looking for an experienced operations and admin legend to join us part time and help drive the studio forward into 2026 and beyond.
This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll be managing bookkeeping and payroll, supporting our team, nurturing our members, responding to customer enquiries, and working closely with our owner and creative director to keep the studio running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who loves community, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in being the person who quietly makes everything better.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong experience in admin, bookkeeping and HR

Is confident using Xero and managing payroll

Loves reading a report, or creating one if you can't find what you need!

Enjoys customer care and relationship building

Can lead, problem solve, and mentor

Wants flexible school hours with occasional event support

Is excited to grow with a values-led creative business
