MINI RETAIL SPACES
Our Pop-up Pods have been created with the sole purpose of showcasing your small business. It is like a mini retail space for you to dip your toe in the retail lease pool, using our customers as a gauge, and inviting your customers to collect orders, browse your wares or consult with us.

SMALL BUT MIGHTY
You start with a 3m x 3m office, white walls and floor, glass doors.You are free to decorate your pod however you like, add signage, rugs, furniture, whatever you need to showcase your business.There is no requirements for you to be in your pod, you can just have it as a display, a collection point for orders or work from your space. It’s completely up to you.Each pod is a small retail outlet, with signage as well a sign at the entrance of our studio.

THREE MONTH LEASE
These pods will be leased out in three (3) monthly blocks. Once your term is up, we will invite another small business into the pods, so our customers are greeted with fresh new local businesses once a quarter, if we have no other applicants waiting for a Pod you may wish to renew for a further 3 months.

SHARE THE SOCIALS
Your business will be showcased on our social media, as well as in our weekly marketing email with has over 3000 subscribers too.
All you need to do to wrap up your stay is clean out the space and repaint the walls white, back to how you found the space.
